Outdoor lighting just got a serious upgrade—Philips Hue’s 7-foot outdoor light strip is currently selling for almost 40% off. Originally priced above $140, Amazon has dropped the 1-pack to under $90. If you want more reach, the 2-pack is down to about $140, marking its lowest 90-day price.
What Makes the Hue Strip Stand Out
This color LED strip is designed for exterior use, made to withstand the elements as it accents patios, walkways, garden beds, benches—basically any space that could use ambient or accent lighting outdoors. It comes with Philips Hue’s smart lighting features, letting you sync colors, adjust brightness, or integrate with your wider smart home setup.
How This Deal Compares
Compared to newer lighting options, this deal looks even better. For instance, competing strips like the new Omniglow model—which stretch to 10 feet—start around $230, making the discounted Hue strip look like a steal. Even light strips of this size and durability rarely go this low. If you’ve been eyeing ways to upgrade your outdoor lighting or get some lighting effects without breaking the bank, this is one of the more attractive deals we’ve seen.
Bottom line: you can grab Philips Hue’s 7-ft outdoor strip 1-pack for under $90, or a 2-pack at roughly $140. Both options represent significant savings vs. regular pricing outside of promotions.
Why this matters: smart outdoor lighting has been climbing in popularity as more people look to blend design, convenience, and tech for outdoor spaces. Deals like this make it easier for more users to get started—and it puts pressure on competitors to price their premium lighting options more aggressively. If you’ve been waiting for a sale to enhance your patio, deck, or pathway lighting, this is one to act on.
