The larger 16-inch MacBook Pros also feature substantial reductions. The entry point here is the M5 Pro 24 GB RAM / 1 TB storage variant, now $2,759 after a $240 discount. Climbing up, the 48 GB/1 TB M5 Pro model is $3,299, down by $300. On the Max front: the 36 GB/2 TB version is $3,899 (a $400 cut), and the top-spec 48 GB/2 TB is now $4,499, marked down $500.
These are the most significant price drops since summer hikes pushed MacBook Pro prices upward. All these deals are available through Amazon, with many matched by Best Buy this week.
What to consider: Even after the cuts, the high-spec models still carry a premium. If you don’t need 36–48 GB of RAM or 2 TB of storage, mid-tier models still deliver excellent performance at lower cost.
