Apple has unveiled the official trailer for the fourth season of its acclaimed series ‘Ted Lasso,’ with the premiere set for Wednesday, August 5. Following the debut, new episodes will be released weekly every Wednesday through October 7.
In this upcoming season, Ted Lasso, portrayed by Jason Sudeikis, returns to England to take on a new challenge: coaching a second division women’s soccer team. This shift marks a significant departure from the previous focus on AFC Richmond’s men’s team. Apple describes the season’s theme as Ted and his new team learning to ‘leap before they look,’ embracing opportunities they hadn’t previously considered.

Notably, actors such as Toheeb Jimoh (Sam), Cristo Fernández (Dani), and Phil Dunster (Jamie) will not be regulars in this season due to the narrative shift towards the women’s team.
