XGIMI has introduced two new projectors, the Elfin Flip Laser and Elfin Flip 4K, designed for flexible home use. While labeled as portable, these devices require a power source, distinguishing them from battery-powered models like XGIMI’s previous MoGo 4 series.
Both projectors feature an RGB Triple Laser light engine, delivering up to 1,600 ISO lumens of brightness. The Elfin Flip Laser offers a standard contrast ratio, whereas the Elfin Flip 4K enhances depth with a 20,000:1 contrast ratio. The 4K model also supports 120Hz refresh rates at 1080p resolution, catering to gaming enthusiasts seeking smooth visuals on a larger screen.
Designed for versatility, the Elfin Flip series includes automatic keystone and focus correction, wall color adaptation, and obstacle avoidance, allowing users to easily set up the projector in various home environments without meticulous adjustments. Each projector is equipped with a built-in 7W Harman Kardon speaker system supporting Dolby Audio, providing quality sound without the need for external speakers.
Both models run on Google TV, offering access to a wide range of streaming services and apps. The Elfin Flip Laser is priced at $799, while the Elfin Flip 4K is available for $999. They are currently available for purchase on XGIMI’s official website and will soon be listed on Amazon.
The Elfin Flip series reflects a growing trend towards adaptable home entertainment solutions. By combining high-quality visuals, user-friendly features, and integrated streaming capabilities, XGIMI aims to meet the evolving needs of consumers seeking flexible and immersive viewing experiences within their homes.
