Apple has recently increased the prices of its AppleCare+ plans for Macs and iPads, with monthly subscriptions rising by $0.50 and annual plans by $5. These adjustments apply to new subscriptions, while existing subscribers maintain their current rates.
In contrast, AppleCare One, introduced in July 2025, remains priced at $19.99 per month for coverage of up to three devices. Additional devices can be added for $5.99 each. This plan offers benefits such as repairs for accidental damage, 24/7 priority tech support, and theft and loss protection for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
For instance, covering an iPhone 17 Pro, a MacBook Air with an M5 chip, and an iPad mini with an A17 Pro chip individually with AppleCare+ plans could cost up to $26.97 per month. Opting for AppleCare One at $19.99 per month results in a monthly saving of $6.98.
AppleCare One also allows users to add existing Apple devices that are in good condition and less than four years old, subject to a diagnostic check or inspection. Currently, this plan is available exclusively in the United States.
With the recent price increases in individual AppleCare+ plans, AppleCare One presents a more cost-effective solution for users with multiple Apple devices. Its comprehensive coverage and flexibility make it an attractive option for those seeking to protect their investments.
