Spotify has expanded its offerings by introducing a dedicated fitness hub that provides guided audio and video workout sessions to both free and premium subscribers. This strategic move aims to enhance user engagement by integrating structured fitness routines directly within the Spotify platform, catering to the millions who already use the service for their exercise playlists.

Diverse Content from Renowned Fitness Creators

The new fitness hub features a variety of workout playlists and videos from well-known wellness creators such as Yoga With Kassandra, Chloe Ting, and Sweaty Studio. These sessions encompass a range of exercise styles, accommodating different preferences and mobility levels, ensuring that users can find routines that suit their individual needs.

Exclusive Partnership with Peloton

In a significant collaboration, Spotify has partnered with Peloton to offer premium subscribers in supported markets, including the United States, access to over 1,400 ad-free, on-demand classes. This extensive catalog includes strength training, cardio, yoga, and meditation sessions. Notably, these Peloton classes do not require specialized equipment, allowing users to participate from various locations, whether at home or in a gym setting.

Seamless Access and Personalized Experience

Users can easily access the new fitness hub by opening the Spotify app on their mobile device, desktop, or television and searching for fitness. Upon entering the hub, an onboarding questionnaire prompts users to specify their preferred types of movement, intensity levels, and experience. Based on these responses, Spotify curates a personalized lineup of exercise sessions to help users get started.
