Glow, a cybersecurity startup founded by former executives from Meta, Snowflake, and Claroty, has emerged from stealth mode with a $180 million Series A funding round, valuing the company at $1.2 billion. The investment was led by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with additional participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures.
Established in 2025 and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Glow aims to address the evolving challenges in endpoint security, particularly as enterprises increasingly adopt AI tools and face sophisticated cyberattacks leveraging generative AI. The company’s platform utilizes specialized AI agents to continuously map enterprise environments, assess risks in real time, and enforce security policies automatically.
The leadership team at Glow includes CEO Roi Tiger, formerly VP of Engineering at Meta; CTO Omer Singer, who served as Head of Cybersecurity Strategy at Snowflake; and VP of R&D Ophir Arie, previously VP of R&D at Claroty. Additionally, Arnon Joseph, former Senior Director of Product at Meta, serves as Chief Product Officer, and Emily Heath, former CISO at United Airlines and DocuSign, holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer.
Glow’s platform is designed to provide security teams with control over what runs on endpoints by leveraging AI agents that map the environment and analyze risks in real time, automatically enforcing policies. This approach aims to reduce the endpoint attack surface and enable employees to securely adopt and use AI technologies.
While operating in stealth mode, Glow has secured enterprise customers across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and retail. The company plans to use the new investment to accelerate its go-to-market efforts in the United States and expand its research arm, Glow Labs.
As enterprises continue to integrate AI into their operations, the need for robust endpoint security solutions becomes increasingly critical. Glow’s emergence and substantial funding highlight the growing demand for innovative approaches to cybersecurity in the AI era. The company’s focus on adaptive prevention through environment mapping, risk analysis, and automated policy enforcement positions it as a significant player in the evolving cybersecurity landscape.
