Claims are handled through a website provided by the settlement administrator, Verita Global. You’ll need to submit basic contact information along with the serial number of your eligible iPhone. Payment methods include check, ACH, PayPal, or Venmo. Claims must be submitted by December 21, 2026. Any incomplete or false claims, or those filed after the deadline, will be rejected.
The settlement still needs final court approval, with a scheduled hearing on September 29, 2027. Payments won’t begin until at least 60 days after that approval.
