Apple’s Passeig de Gràcia Store Reopens with Modern Design and Enhanced Customer Experience
After an extensive three-month renovation, Apple’s Passeig de Gràcia store in Barcelona has reopened, showcasing a modernized interior that enhances both aesthetics and functionality. The store, originally opened in 2012, is housed in a historic 32,000-square-foot, five-story building from the 1800s, situated on one of Barcelona’s most prestigious commercial streets.
The renovation has introduced several significant changes:
– Expanded Ground Floor: The removal of the Forum area has created a more spacious ground floor, allowing for better customer flow and product displays.
– Enhanced Visibility of Iconic Staircase: The store’s distinctive glass staircase is now more prominent, serving as a central architectural feature.
– Dedicated Online Order Pickup Area: A new, easily identifiable pickup zone beneath the staircase facilitates seamless collection of online purchases.
– Relocated Forum Area: Workshops and informational sessions have been moved to the first floor, providing a dedicated space for customer engagement.
– Custom-Made White Flooring: The new flooring not only offers a sleek appearance but also reduces ambient noise, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
These updates reflect Apple’s commitment to blending historical architecture with contemporary design, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. The store operates Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM CEST.
