– 4 Weeks of Strength for Runners: A Collaboration with Strava: Launching on April 20, this Apple Fitness+ program focuses on improving performance, running form, and stability. Led by Fitness+ trainers Kyle Ardill and Kim Ngo, along with ultramarathon runners Hellah Sidibe and Kayla Jeter, the program offers a structured approach to strength training for runners.

– Race Day Inspiration and 5K with Joe Wicks and Friends: Scheduled for April 23 at 6:30 pm local time, this panel discussion features renowned trainers and athletes, including Joe Wicks, Hellah Sidibe, Dora Atim, Becky Briggs, and Sherica Holmon.
