Apple has released the first developer beta of watchOS 26.6 for Apple Watch users, coinciding with the initial developer betas of iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6, tvOS 26.6, and visionOS 26.6. This release comes just days before Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2026, scheduled for June 8, where the company is expected to unveil watchOS 27 and other next-generation software updates.
As of now, Apple has not provided official release notes detailing new features or significant changes in watchOS 26.6. Early testing is underway, and more information may emerge as developers explore the update.
