In April 2026, total mobile phone shipments in China reached 25.7 million units, marking a 2.8% increase compared to the same month in the previous year. Domestic brands dominated the market, accounting for 22.1 million units, or 86.1% of the total shipments. This left 3.59 million units for foreign-branded phones, among which Apple’s iPhones are a significant contributor.
