Session Formats:
Applicants can choose between two session formats:
1. Breakout Session: A 30-minute presentation accommodating up to four presenters (including a moderator), followed by a 20-minute Q&A session. This format engages up to 100 attendees and allows for the use of visual aids and limited audiovisual capabilities. Each presenter will host one breakout session during the event.
2. Roundtable Discussion: A 30-minute interactive discussion led by two speakers, designed for up to 40 attendees. This format emphasizes organic conversation without the need for presentations or audiovisual equipment. Presenters may have the opportunity to host this roundtable twice during the event.
Application Process:
Interested individuals should submit their applications by May 16, 2025. The application requires a proposed title and description for the chosen session format(s). TechCrunch will review all submissions, and selected finalists will advance to the Audience Choice voting round. During this phase, TechCrunch readers will vote on the published topics, descriptions, and speakers. Winning sessions will be featured live at Disrupt 2025.
