A message is added to the group chat indicating the name of the user who shared the messages with the new member. Recent messages are protected by end-to-end encryption and are securely delivered to the new member.
This feature is currently in beta testing, and while there is no official timeline for a wider rollout, it is expected to be available to all users in the near future.
