Magnifier App Update
The Magnifier app has been updated to support Pixel Fold devices, allowing users to utilize the expansive unfolded screen for quickly searching and identifying text in the real world using voice commands or the keyboard.
My Pixel App Availability
The My Pixel app has expanded its reach and is now available in Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, and Spain, providing users in these regions with personalized tips and support for their devices.
Pixel Recorder Enhancements
The Pixel Recorder app has broadened its summarization capabilities to include additional languages. For Pixel 9 users, support now includes Hindi, Italian, and Traditional Chinese. Pixel 8 users can access summarization in English, Japanese, German, French, Hindi, Italian, and Traditional Chinese, enhancing the app’s utility for a diverse user base.
Phone by Google Updates
The Phone by Google app has introduced new features to enhance call security and functionality:
