Apple has unveiled AppleCare One, a unified protection plan designed to simplify device coverage for its customers. This new plan allows users to cover multiple Apple devices under a single subscription, offering enhanced flexibility and value.
Key Features of AppleCare One:
– Unified Coverage: For $19.99 per month, customers can protect up to three Apple devices. Additional devices can be added for $5.99 per month each.
– Extended Eligibility: Devices up to four years old can now be covered, provided they are in good condition. This extends the previous 60-day window for purchasing AppleCare+.
– Comprehensive Benefits: Subscribers receive unlimited repairs for accidental damage, 24/7 priority support, Apple-certified service, and battery coverage. Theft and loss protection has also been expanded to include iPads and Apple Watches.
Enrollment and Management:
Customers in the U.S. can sign up for AppleCare One directly on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or by visiting an Apple Store. The plan offers the flexibility to add or remove devices at any time, and when a covered device is traded in, it is automatically replaced with the new device in the plan.
