Apple Intelligence Surpasses Expectations in Recent Consumer Survey

In a recent survey conducted by Morgan Stanley, Apple Intelligence has received higher-than-anticipated approval from U.S. iPhone users. The study, which involved 3,300 participants, reveals that nearly 80% of eligible iPhone owners have downloaded and actively engaged with Apple Intelligence over the past six months. Users have described the AI features as user-friendly, innovative, and beneficial to their overall experience.

The survey indicates that approximately 42% of respondents consider Apple Intelligence to be extremely or very important for their next iPhone purchase. This sentiment is even stronger among those planning to upgrade within the next year, with 54% emphasizing the importance of AI capabilities in their forthcoming devices.

Additionally, the study highlights a growing willingness among consumers to invest in AI services. On average, U.S. consumers are prepared to pay up to $9.11 per month for unlimited access to Apple Intelligence, marking an 11% increase from a similar survey conducted in September 2024.

These findings suggest a significant shift in consumer perception, with Apple Intelligence now viewed as a valuable and integral component of the iPhone experience.
