Amazon has unveiled Enhance My Listing, a generative AI-powered tool designed to assist sellers in refining their product listings by suggesting improvements to titles, attributes, and descriptions based on seasonal trends. This initiative aims to streamline the process for sellers managing extensive inventories, allowing them to accept, reject, or modify AI-generated suggestions before updating their listings.

The development of Enhance My Listing is part of Amazon’s broader strategy to integrate AI into the seller experience. In 2023, the company introduced AI tools that helped sellers create product descriptions from brief inputs. By March 2024, Amazon expanded these capabilities, enabling sellers to generate listings by providing a product URL from their own websites. These tools have been widely adopted, with over 900,000 sellers utilizing them to date. Notably, more than 90% of AI-generated content has been accepted by sellers without edits, indicating a high level of trust in the technology’s accuracy and relevance.

The Enhance My Listing tool leverages Amazon’s proprietary generative AI models, developed through the Amazon Bedrock service.
