At the Made by Google 2026 event, Google introduced its latest hardware lineup, including the Pixel 11 series, Pixel Watch 5, and the new Pixel Tag.
Pixel 11 Series
The Pixel 11 features a redesigned all-glass Camera Bar that is 40% thinner than its predecessor, reducing its protrusion. When paired with an official case, the Camera Bar’s prominence is further minimized. The device boasts a larger 48MP wide sensor with 56% increased light sensitivity and a slightly wider field of view. Powered by the Tensor G6 chip, the Pixel 11 supports 30x SuperRes Zoom via its 5x telephoto lens. It comes equipped with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage as standard. Wireless charging has been upgraded to 25W Qi2.2, offering up to 25% faster charging speeds, while maintaining a battery life of over 30 hours. The Pixel 11 is available in Frost, Obsidian, Hibiscus, and Pistachio, starting at $899.
The Pixel 11 Pro and 11 Pro XL introduce ‘HiLight,’ a ring of ambient LEDs encircling the flash within the edge-to-edge Camera Bar. This feature provides visual feedback for various notifications, such as indicating when the device is listening, thinking, or responding. Users can customize HiLight to display specific colors for calls from favorite contacts. The Pro models are equipped with a new 50MP wide sensor and a 48MP telephoto lens with a larger image sensor, offering 30% more light sensitivity. These enhancements enable Portrait Mode at 5x zoom and up to 120x Pro Zoom, facilitated by the Tensor G6 chip and advanced imaging models. The Super Actua display now reaches a peak brightness of 3,600 nits and is twice as scratch-resistant due to a new coating. The base Pro model includes 12 GB of RAM, with options to upgrade to 16 GB by selecting higher storage capacities.
Pixel Watch 5
The Pixel Watch 5 maintains the design language of its predecessor but introduces a new ‘Active Band’ made from a more durable and comfortable material. It features an upgraded heart rate sensor for improved accuracy and introduces a skin temperature sensor. The watch runs on Wear OS 4, offering enhanced performance and battery efficiency. It is available in two sizes and multiple color options.
Pixel Tag
Google also unveiled the Pixel Tag, a compact device designed to help users locate personal items such as keys, wallets, or bags. Utilizing ultra-wideband (UWB) technology, the Pixel Tag provides precise location tracking through the Find My Device app. It features a replaceable battery with an estimated one-year lifespan and is water-resistant.
