In a significant development for India’s burgeoning on-demand home services sector, Snabbit, a Bengaluru-based startup, has successfully closed a $56 million Series D funding round. This latest investment, co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Mirae Asset Venture Investments’ Unicorn Growth Fund, and Bertelsmann India Investments, values the company at approximately $350 million—a substantial increase from its $180 million valuation just six months prior. Existing investors, including Nexus Venture Partners and Lightspeed, also participated in the round, alongside FJ Labs. To date, Snabbit has raised about $112 million in total funding.

Founded in 2024, Snabbit has rapidly emerged as a leader in providing quick, reliable home services such as cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry. The startup operates through a hyperlocal network of trained workers stationed around dense residential clusters, promising service within 10 minutes. Currently, Snabbit processes over 40,000 jobs daily across a network of more than 15,000 workers in five major cities: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida, and Pune. This rapid growth reflects the increasing demand for efficient, on-demand home services in urban India.

The company’s innovative approach to sourcing, screening, training, onboarding, and managing workers—referred to as experts—has been pivotal to its success. By relocating workers close to demand centers, Snabbit ensures prompt service delivery, fulfilling its promise of providing assistance within 10 minutes. This model not only benefits customers but also offers workers consistent employment opportunities with competitive earnings.

Snabbit’s impressive growth trajectory is underscored by its ability to scale operations efficiently. The startup has served more than 300,000 customers, up from 25,000 in May 2025, and expects to add another 100,000 as early as next month. Most of its users are between 30 and 40 years old, including bachelors and working professionals. The company has also reported a 50% reduction in losses per order and a 65% decrease in customer acquisition costs, highlighting its operational efficiency and strong market position.

The on-demand home services market in India is witnessing heightened investor interest, with competitors like Pronto also securing significant funding. Pronto recently raised a $25 million Series B round led by Epiq Capital, valuing the nine-month-old company at $100 million. Additionally, publicly traded Urban Company reported more than one million monthly bookings, indicating robust growth in the sector.

Snabbit’s latest funding round positions the company to further expand its services and solidify its leadership in the on-demand home services market. With a focus on rapid, reliable service and a commitment to worker welfare, Snabbit is well-poised to meet the evolving needs of urban Indian households seeking convenient home assistance solutions.
