Between April 2022 and March 2025, the platform attracted approximately 1.8 million users globally. To access content, users engaged in a token-based system, purchasing tokens via cryptocurrencies or earning them by uploading new material, verifying video details, and categorizing content. This gamified approach incentivized active participation and content proliferation.
The International Crackdown
The investigation into Kidflix commenced in 2022, involving law enforcement agencies from 38 countries. Authorities meticulously analyzed payment transactions, leading to the identification of 1,393 suspects. To date, 79 individuals have been arrested, some of whom are accused of not only distributing but also producing and engaging in the abuse depicted in the content.
